CANS Instagram Giveaway: A Weekend in Prague for Two.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
- The promoter of this giveaway is CANS Ltd. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Employees of CANS Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period
-The giveaway opens on the date of the Instagram post in April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 30th April 2025. The winner will be announced via CANS.CO.UK Instagram Stories, tagged in the post, and contacted directly via DM.
- Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @cans.co.uk on Instagram
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag 3 friends in the comments (each tag must be a real, active account)
- Bonus entry: Share the post to your Instagram story and tag @cans.co.uk

Multiple entries are allowed, but spamming accounts or tagging fake accounts will result in disqualification.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
- Return flights to Prague for two adults from a major UK airport (e.g. London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh).
- A 2-night stay in a centrally located boutique hotel in Prague, selected by CANS.
- A CANS-branded experience during the stay.
- A pre-booked dinner at a top-rated local restaurant.
- £200 worth of Czech koruna as spending money for both adults (amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates).

6. Prize Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Travel dates will be coordinated with the winner but must fall within the available travel window of six months set by CANS (to be confirmed on contact).
- Winner must have a valid passport and be eligible to travel.
- CANS is not responsible for any additional travel expenses, meals, insurance, or incidentals not explicitly listed in the prize.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- They will be notified via Instagram direct message and tagged in our stories by 5th May 2025.
- If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

8. Liability & Responsibilities
- CANS Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Instagram’s terms of use.
- CANS Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.

9. Data Protection
- Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
- The winner’s first name and Instagram handle may be published on CANS’ channels for promotional purposes.
