CANS Instagram Giveaway: A day ticket (Thursday) Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
 The promoter of this giveaway is CANS Ltd. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

  • Employees of CANS Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway opens on the date of the Instagram post in July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 8th July 2025. The winner will be announced via CANS.CO.UK Instagram Stories, tagged in the post, and contacted directly via DM.

  • Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
 To enter:

  • Like the giveaway post

  • Tag 1 friend in the comments (each tag must be a real, active account)

Multiple entries are allowed, but spamming accounts or tagging fake accounts will result in disqualification.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive:

  • Two (2) Thursday day tickets for Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025 (10th July 2025)

  • One (1) tray of 24 cans of CANS drinks.

6. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • CANS is not responsible for any additional travel expenses, meals, insurance, or incidentals not explicitly listed in the prize.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

  • They will be notified via Instagram direct message and tagged in our stories by 8th July 2025.

  • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the organizer.

8. Liability & Responsibilities

  • CANS Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Instagram’s terms of use.

  • CANS Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.

9. Data Protection

  • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

  • The winner’s first name and Instagram handle may be published on CANS’ channels for promotional purposes.
